DOCG RAMANDOLO
It is a dessert wine obtained from 100% Verduzzo from Friuli grapes which are gathered in the first days of december waiting wilfully its fading on the plant.
Its colour is gold, amber coloured. Its flavour is sweet no sweet, persuasive but not sickening despite the tannic concentration always present in Verduzzo.
It is offered at the end of the meal coupled with spicy sweet cheese or herby cheese; it is perfect if blended with foie gras and patè.
It must be drunk within 10 years after vintage took place.
